  4. Yesterday I walked little over 15 miles (24km). Today my legs are feeling it.

    Why pay for a bus when you can walk for free? The free shuttle buses only operate within the city centre and the links between Manchester, Salford and Salford Quays are not great. I wasn't training, I went into the city centre before I had to go to university to collect my results. Then I decided to go to Salford Quays to take some pictures, but they didn't turn out great.

    I don't mind walking, I'd rather walk than use a bus or taxi. It's the day after that I don't particularly enjoy
  11. I love walking around in Gothenburg on a nice day.
  12. It's great, you get to take much more in and occasionally, discover new shops/places to eat. The bus just takes you down the main roads, past all the places you know of.

    It's not too bad for your health either
