  1. The storm has finally passed. We got about 24 hours of non stop rain, but not a ton of damage. There were some downed trees, and some people lost power, though I never did. They did cancel schools around here, but I still had to go to work. (I hate being an adult aometimes.)

    Thanks again for everyone's concern. It sounds like Louisiana got hit hard, though it wasnt nearly as bad as Katrina. Hopefully everyone will get back to normal there soon.

    Great to hear that you personally have been safe I've been following the news and it seems like it hasn't been as bad as expected indeed. So glad for you all Now, to recover quickly and get ready for the elections mess

  8. You can say ~80 SEK and I will understand you anyway Ok, I would go for it just for the sake of taping it, but you don't tape so... I leave it up to you. I would go if the concert has been promoted and you suspect there will be a significant amount of fans. If everyone is going to be a casual listener or passer-by... I'd skip it.

    I see they're opening for Noel Gallagher on the iTunes festival, that's gonna be a great night.

    Spanish' general VAT will go up from 18 to 21% tomorrow, Sept. 1st, and I'm going so buy some things today. Probably a guitar pedal (still doubting which one), plus some clothes and general stuff.

  12. It tickets are priced like they are here, SUPER expensive! 75€ for an indoor arena... I'd definitely spend them, though. He comes around in October, I've got some time to think about it. But yeah, that's definitely some good plan for a Friday night! Leonard Cohen plus an elegant dinner somewhere, yeah.
