  3. I am officially signed up to give blood. Whether this gives me brownie points with the lady I like, or I flip out waiting for the needle is up in the air.

    My dad has left blood 80 times I think. You can only do it like 3,5 times a year so it's quite a lot. I will definitely start when I'm eighteen.

  5. Odds of giving blood actually helping my odds with her: Not much, but why not? She tried it three times and coulnd't because of health issues (nothing life threatening). What excuse do I have?

    Giving blood is a great thing to do. It can save lives for real.

  8. Good. I think it's something that everyone who is able to should do. It's a great thing.
  9. Doing something for the purpose of trying to get the girl is stupid.

    Unless its a good, thing and you have other reasons for doing it as well, but if trying to get her makes me a better man, so be it. Shes the religious, family-oriented type, and like me is a bit of a loner, but the important thing is, she'll never go for me unless I act like the best version of me I can be (I was already moving that way. I'm not just trying to be a good man to improve my love life, but to improve my entire life.)

    So this morning I was talking to my lady-friend. It was a vey nice conversation, we were both laughing, and getting along well. (I'd probally be talking too her now, but I ain't seen her since around noon. She seemed like she might be sick with something, so I woulnd't be suprised if she sent an email to our Englsih professor stating she didn't feel well and would miss class(something she has done a number of times. Always with a legit reason, but you can fail the class if you miss it too many times regardless)and took the early bus back too town. Admitedly I feel like I may be coming down with something. As much as I like her, I hope I didn't get something from her).


    So among other things she was telling me about her uncles wedding. Included in this was the facts that her cousins were trying to get her to dance with a guy from the wedding band (sounded like she didn't). Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but was she trying to tell me that she doesen't have a man in her life right now? The implication being that I should make a move.


    Personally I feel I may be reading into it way too much, but its nice to get a second opinion.
