  1. Hi,

    I've just listen to "Promenade" from the Unforgettable-Fire-Album. I had to cry immediately. I had a very bad day. Anyone else here with forgotten and maybe underrated U2-songs?

  4. Promenade is also one of my favorites.

    Another one for me is Red Hill Mining Town. I guess o NE talks about it because it's never played live, but I just love it.
  5. There was the same topic to this one a while back and I included Promenade. Beautiful song and maybe one of the best songs they've never played live.

    A Sort of Homecoming is another from that album that doesn't get the attention it deserves.

  7. I love Passengers. Was just thinking whether all of it is underrated though. Miss Sarajevo is appreciated by both U2 and the fans, whilst Your Blue Room has a place in the hearts of many fans. The rest, is definitely underappreciated by the majority. It's a timeless album, even today, 17 years on, it contains music that fits life. Those who cast it aside should really give it a chance.

    Slug is awesome.
    Luminous Times is a worthy candidate indeed.
    Drowning Man could be on the list but since many of us want to hear it live it may not be considered "underrated" - same goes for Acrobat and Red Hill Mining Town.
    Although I know some members don't like them, I do like When I Look At The World and One Step Closer.
