    Lol
  2. It's not a bad shot.
  3. It's alright, some definition in the moon at least, not just a white blob in the sky. It's a damn difficult task trying to shoot the moon with consumer technology.

Such a beautiful photograph Aidan. First off, the colours in the sunset are just great, set against the dark night sky closing in really makes it stand out. Then the effects given by the slow shutter speed - the sparkle in the street lights, the trails left by the traffic, the individual stars dotted around the night sky and the movement in the clouds to the left. It really is more than just a photograph, there's so much more to notice and appreciate if you look closely. Probably my favourite photograph of yours, though your photo titled "6AM" is very difficult to beat...Excellent photo.

Already thank you on Flickr, but I also want to share my words here Tim

No words to thank you, friend! Hearing such a compliment really makes me feel so happy! I love taking pictures, and it's very important for me to know that some of my photos have that special touch that can move people to some better place, even if it's in their imagination. Also, hearing something from a friend that really knows how to take beautiful and amazing photos it's even more important! Thanks once again
  5. She's out! Got my camera set up in my kitchen, pointing out of the back door, just experimenting with shutter speeds. There's a really thin cloud that keeps drifting in front of the moon though.

Moon shots to follow, maybe. If they're any good.

EDIT: Couldn't resist an artsy shot, may share
EDIT2: Now I'm on my laptop, I can have a look at Sergio's photo properly. You're getting there, did you take it on manual mode or shutter priority? Difficult thing I find is actually deciding what shutter speed to shoot at because at the faster end of the scale, you get a darker moon but there's a little more detail and clarity. Then as you move through, you start losing some of the detail as the brightness of the moon starts to wash itself out.
  6. Alright, here's the artsy shot:

This could almost be my sister photo to Aidan's "6 AM" - maybe I should've called it "12 PM"
  7. We definitely have photos that complete each other friend

    Absolutely amazing shot!

And here we have the sister photo...

6 AM por Aidan Formigoni, no Flickr

    Thank you NASA

EDIT: I couldn't care less about Venus in this picture, the Sun

    And one for Aidan:

    Lucky? Definitely.

    EDIT 2:

  10. That's some awesome definition in the Sun!! I wonder how LOW the exposure & ISO settings must have been...

And the 1st one of the plane plus its trail is amaaazzzzingggg!!
