1. I have a hard time believing no one is downloading it, it's free and enough people would've seen that commercial, and enough U2 fans.

  2. If it doesn't get many downloads I can honestly see U2 packing up and saying fuck it we're done
  3. Yeah, I think a ton of people are downloading it, but because it's free, it's not tracked on their top songs list. Interestingly, if you scroll down far enough, you'll see that "Ordinary Love" has re-entered the chart, so I'm assuming that because of the "Invisible" ads, it's caused a residual increase in DL's for that song. Or something like that
  4. Probably for all their catalogue
  5. Love that 1min clip, that effects screen looks awesome.

Coldplay gives the crowd a wrist band, now U2 are giving us a torch? Lol
  6. Why can't I see the chart for today?

Because today hasn't ended. You can only see charts for days that are over. iTunesCharts.net collects the charts from iTunes around 10pm GMT and counts that listing as the chart for that day.

And Arcade Fire gave the crowd gigantic glowing, flashing beach balls! When will the adaption of other people's ideas ever stop..?

I was thinking the same! It's such a Coldplay thing that U2 takes what CP did and turn it into flashlights.
  9. I'd give everyone in the crowd a miners helmet with the torch attached to that, this way people would still have their hands free to take blurry pics of me on their phones

Couldn't tell if the "Xylobands" were integrated into Bruno Mars/ Chili Pepper's performances tonight during halftime or not, going to have to give it a rewatch later. From what I could tell, they gave a good performance (and I was only half-watching drunk).

Either way, love the song, hope it makes it big time like it deserves. I'm honestly hoping at this point iTunes isn't taking away from it's "popularity bars" just because it's free. One, thats unfair to (RED), and two, unfair to the band.
  11. Is it just me, or does the intro (under the synth) with the initial militaristic drumbeat appear to be on a real kit like in the documentary video, while the other beat that is in the track is on an electronic kit?
  12. i catched the ad while on aN IRISH PUB TONIGHT _o_
