After a good 10 hours of listening there are definitely some good tracks on this album. There is a raw edge that reminds of the earlier U2 that I fell in love with. Excited for the future albums!!
Listening to the album on random, I think I like it better that way because my early favorites were all at the start so as soon as I got past Iris I went back to the start. Now I have to listen to all of them and they are sure growing on me fast. A lot of those songs that at first were kinda bleh and average and quickly becoming songs I enjoy, mostly Volcano and This Is Where why do U2 give songs such long names sometimes... I think I'll have to revisit the ranking of the albums sometime next week after I listen to them all again.

yassss I was listening to Pop today and wishing so much that Please was the single version. I think the remix or IGWSHA wasn't as good as the album version along with SATS.
Two thoughts after listening to Bono's radio interviews today:
1. I wonder will there be an acoustic version of The Miracle? That would be cool.
2. I wonder will these new songs on the deluxe edition of the album sound like version of Breathe on Ordinary Love? I was a fan of that and if you can turn that rocker into an acoustic song then I guess we could expect any of the songs on the album to appear in this form?
