1. I don't have the time to explain this a little longer, but I think they're somehow related to each other.
  2. Love this song, it'll probably be the first real acoustic song they play in shows I imagine. I don't see EBW being played acoustically it'll be a bit more of an uptempo song that live I hope.
  3. Knew I heard something else in this song...00:53

  4. This is rapidly growing on me, almost my favourite track even. Yeah the title and chorus are a little cheesy but such heartfelt lyrics and Bono in fine form.

This in the second verse is perhaps his best lyrical work on the whole album. Real passion there.

I was told I'd feel nothing the first time
You were slow to heal but this could be the night
  5. "vocal work" instead of "lyrical work"
  6. Predictable acoustic version, possibly the one that hits me the least together with Cedarwood
  7. I honestly didn't know how they were going to approach this song with the acoustic treatment because of all the songs on the album, this song was the most "stripped back." It's a nice attempt, but the original is still way stronger. I think something I would have like to see from this would be all acoustic guitar with minimal percussion and no piano with the emphasis being on the vocals from Bono and Edge. I felt that there was still too much going on for this version to have a significantly different feel from the album version.
  8. This is gonna be IALW, Stuck or something during the new tour, at least for me.
Boring song especially the acoustic version.
  9. I love this song, though the accoustic version, sadly, isn't what I had expected. maybe I'm naive, but I had hoped accoustic meant accoustic guitar only instead of piano, violins, trumpets and whatnot...
  10. I like both versions of the song. Probably one of the best songs on this CD next to Every Breaking Wave and Iris (Hold Me Close)
