The same reviewer calls it as it is. He has a really good feature in the Hot Press Annual also.

This album is very much a deeper and more personal album I would say than ther last 2 albums. The songs come across like letters to their children, future generations, fans, about love, life, politics, religion. It's all there.
SOI is like the band reminiscing about their youth and what made them, and SOE is like a father talking to his son or daughter and telling them what he knows through his experience and life lessons - some words of wisdom perhaps.
What I think will be quite interesting is how both albums go together in a set list on Tour. I personally think it will be amazing. We haven't had 2 album piece tour since Love Town and Zoo TV.
