  2. I thought it's totally a 12 strings song since I first heard the album on September 9th. The tone during the solo screams 12 strings all around to me, so I can see why he'd use the Rick.

  6. Yep. I'm pretty sure even the "improptu" Song For Someone at the end of the Graham Norton show was planned in advance.

    Also, I think Edge would *never* get an electric guitar for an improvised performance - he always uses acoustics for those.

  10. I wish they had done a bit more of promo on TV before the actual tour starts but on the other hand I like the low-profile approach. I guess most of the general audience doesn't even know the biggest tour of the year is about to start in Canada.

  12. Whops there was no pun intended... But good one there! Yeah, the accident really did disrupt their promo plans so badly. What I'm actually concerned and worried about is Bono's physical condition for the tour. I don't want him jumping up and down the stage, he's not a monkey, but I don't want him to feel bad or uncomfortable either. Not being able to play guitar will be uncomfortable enough for him...
