I ordered some shrts from them back in early Sept. My credit card was charged a few days later, but they still haven't arrived. I've emailed every address I can find, left messages with the credit card company they use, posted on their Facebook and Twitter pages and have not had one response. (They have posted on FB and tweeted since my posts/tweet to them, so they are active, and actively seeing my inquiries I would have to assume)
I've been doing this for a few weeks now.
I googled the company name with qualifiers like "fraud", "non delivery", etc, but no red flags there.
I see the company itself is in Iceland, but the credit card/office is in the US. So I could see shipping being somewhat slow, but over a month? The items were in stock. All I really want is someone to give me a status update, but I have to say their customer service support is a 0 on a scale of 1 to 10.
