Aside from "J. Swallow," all the B-Sides from that era are from the famous March 6, 1981 Boston gig. With that in mind, that's when I think that gig will come out on CD officially. Which will actually be nice to have in my opinion if you never shelled out all that money for "The Complete U2" on iTunes.
That's my prediction, but I think it will come true. Mark my words.

In fact I read an article a while back where they talked about that show specifically, and that U2 was releasing it officially on itunes, too bad I can't remember where it was from or what else was said in it.
