  3. i would love to see them in a stadium, only seen them indoors which is probably the better of the two. but to see them in a European stadium would be even better, i was really hoping they would bring the stadium version of Vertigo to the States besides Hawaii
  4. I think it's more likely that the UK shows will be in stadiums - I can't recall any indoor shows on Vertigo, so I'm guessing if I get to see them on the text tour it'll be in an outdoor arena. I'm thinking Wembley...

    That said, I can see them playing the O2 Arena...

    Who knows, huh? To be honest, where I may see them won't be the significant thing, it's if I actually get to see them!

    The Church that I go to would be cool for a little acoustic thing, like that new bootleg here. Theres alot of music, & throwing your hands in the air, saying "Halleljuah". Its sort of like a white version of a gospel church.

    While it's great seeing them in stadiums I'd love the opportunity to see them in a small venue (even around 5000 capacity would be ok). Every time I've seen them since 1987 has been in a stadium. If it has to be a stadium it would be better if it's one with a roof that can be closed. Outdoor concerts in the UK in summer don't half play havoc with the screens and lights.

    Let's hope they don't play the O2. Haven't heard too many good things about it.

    No idea regarding the rumours (hope they are true myself - another venue that I may get a chance to go to lol!) - what do you mean you're not sure how you feel about that? I think it would be pretty cool myself, the Earl's Court shows on the Elevation tour were pretty special and they were indoors. That said, you have to remember that Bob Hewson passed away during that time, so that may have affected it...
  9. De Kuip and Ahoy´ in Rotterdam are fantastic venues. U2 played theur best concerts there, like the LoveTown and ZooTV shows. Please U2, come over play there...

    What about the London Roundhouse? That's a good venue. Especially since its been fixed up.
  11. get the boys back to the R.D.S. Croke Park is awesome but they can't crank the volume up because it's an 80,000 seater bang in the middle of a residential area. They're Irish dates will be R.D.S or the new Lansdowne Road I reckon

    I didn't think Lansdowne Road was gonna be ready so soon after it began undergoing renovation?
