  3. I'm hoping for Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses... primarily becasue I'm teaching myself the lyrics to sing it.

    Ahaha, it better get at least a few plays - even if it's only one show, as long as I'm there...

    And re. the lyrics, I taught myself them a long time ago , one of the first songs I taught myself on guitar (well, chords anyway) along with One . Ok, my voice can't quite hit the high notes if I play in G, but since I have my guitars tuned in Eb, I can do it ok in Gb - it's just working out the actual guitar 'part' which is the next step lol.

    - Mysterious Ways
    - Zoo Station
    - Some other new songs
    - Walk On and Stuck In A Moment
    - Miracle Drug/Love And Peace/OOTS
    -WOWY
    - I Will Follow/Electric Co./Out Of Control
    - Mofo/Please/Discotheque/SATS
    - 40/All I Want Is You/Wake Up Dead Man/Mothers Of The Disappeared as closers

    Looks more a like a realistic view than a wishlist. Am I right?
    Think they'll toss out some of the ones you've listed such as Zoo Station, SYCMIOYO and Kite. But this looks like a sensible selection.

    Basically, I can't hit the high notes if I play it á la album/Vertigo, but I can pretty much sing it (albeit taking some effort, my voice is not naturally high lol) á la ZooTV, when pretty much everything was a semitone down from what it originally was! Apart from the occasional version of Bad when it was played in Ab rather than A...

    I hope you're being serious! Seriously though, that is an intention of mine, but really that will only come around after exams lol - it'll probably be me, an acoustic + a backing track taken down to Gb

    It's indeed more realistic than a wishlist, but I think U2 isn't gonna change the entire setlist; I mean I see we all want different songs, but there are just a few songs where we all agree with: Electrical Storm, Mofo and a few others...
    Personally I don't think their gonna let BTBS, ISHFWILF, One, Pride, Elevation and Vertigo leave behind, cause it's all that you can't leave behind (;) )
  12. I've already posted what they might/should play.

    Here's more of a wishlist of what I hope they put on ice next tour.

    Pride, WOWY, Elevation, Mysterious Ways, SBS, NYD, The Fly, Zoo Station, RTSS.

    All getting tired, old and worn out. Some worse than others. Some are amongst their finest work but need some time out to be re-discovered again.

    And BD should be demoted to a semi-regular slot just to keep it fresher.
