1. Although neither is an official release, both of the Sao Paolo shows kick ass.

Well Boston is nice but not as great as Slane (but Boston does have a better setlist). An Cat Dubh is IMO their worst dvd performance. Mexico is just an average performance...
  3. 1. Rattle and Hum - just for that great version of Exit.
    2. ZooTv Sydney - pride sucks in it but every other song is performed really well.
    3. Slane - its a great show.it would be higher on my list but i dont really like the Elevation tour.

i thought Vertigo Chicago & Milan were good at parts and kinda crap at other parts.ok overall. and sorry guys, cos i know a lot of you love it, but for me Popmart Mexico is just cant stand it.it was a crap show.the should have released Santiago. its so much better.again, just an opinion i know plenty of you will disagree.lol

i looooooove pride from sydney. especially the beginning when bono & the crowd are jumping up and down, and bono yells, "hee-yah" @ 00:20.

i just think its to slow after Streets and Bono doesnt hit the notes.its still a great song and like the idea of having MLK on the screens talking though.

I agree with a lot of that, it doesn't have much in the way of pace, but the bit with MLK talking is great, and the fact that the crowd just go nuts does make up for Bono's lack of accuracy
  8. Also, I don't understand why people are so in love with Milan... it's opened by Vertigo, Bono's voice is really, really bad, it's short (no The Fly), etc... there are many, many, many better Vertigo Tour shows out there; even the Chicago DVD is better.
  9. Vertigo Tour Live From Chicago

    so, so brilliant

Watch the end of Zoo Station and see how good that is.

I'd say that Bono's voice isn't that bad, personally, and yeah, the main negatives for me are the lack of a full setlist and missing out main chunks of the show like the encore, the LAPOE>>>SBS>>>BTBS segue; the bootleg for the show is awesome, and I mean if they had the entire show on the DVD, I think it would have been one of the best (the only other bit I get confused about is putting OOTS before WOWY, when OOTS opened the 2nd encore on the night and WOWY closed the first lol)

However, on the positives, it has I Will Follow. Need I say more? Well, I will anyway...

The setting and the audience are so much better than on the Chicago DVD (in my opinion), and, for me, it has great versions of Elevation, AIWIY (the segue into COBL is incredible, despite the fact that COBL itself was a fairly weak performance for me with regard to sound), OOTS and WOWY and the defining performance of Miss Sarajevo

AND if your name's Dan and you're a vet, you'd also say it's amazing because it doesn't have Beautiful Day on!

That's probably because they wanted to include WOWY anyway, and as it ended with Bono saying good night, well, it was used as the closer. If they didn't use it as the closer, they would have to include 3-4 more songs for it to make sense, to show that the "good night" after WOWY was for the encore break and that there were more songs after the encore...
