1. Huge apologies to everyone for my failure to post a response to the last show.

There has been a whole host of things keeping me away from U2Start recently, the latest of which is that I have moved house and lost my internet connection (temporarily). It will hopefully be resolved within the week.

I hadn't anticipated this problem, else I would not have signed up for the Adelaide show. I have listened to it and share the common view that the sound is poor and the show is solid, if not spectacular.

I will not officially sign up for this show, although I likely will get it and listen. With the round table's grace I may post if I get the chance.

The forum has been in my thoughts recently, even if I haven't been posting. I will be back.

    Big to all you guys.

No worries D-Man, no hard feelings

I'm all for hearing your thoughts in detail on the show, and like Aussie said, it's great to know you're still beating that heart of yours! I was honestly worrying for your welfare mate, so I'm relieved to hear that it's nothing in the way of bad tidings that you bring back!

Hope to here from you more regularly soon friend! We're missing you

    right back at you!

    PS - I have Slane...

Oi, zip it you, bring that sort of thing to General Chat...

    I'll be waiting...
  6. Definitely mark me down for this Glasgow show.
  7. Ok, I'm downloading the great remaster Casper did.
  8. I'm downloading both sources for the moment to decide whether I'm going for Casper's remaster or the original

At the moment, I tested the remaster by listening to Electric Co. (as if you'd expect anything else of me ) - thoroughly impressed

Electric Co. is great here. TUF and especially Bad are my stand-outs.

    LOL! About bloody time.....

I wouldn't say it wasn't bad tidings; just not me. I lost someone very dear to me.

Time is a healer though and when the internet's back up I'll resume activities.

Thanks for the message (and to you Aussie)

BTT- going for Casper's upgrade myself.

I know it's not the done thing to go away from the thread topic, but I just wanted to say that I'm really sorry to hear that mate

I think you're right to say that time is a healer, but I hope it can heal enough for you. All the best to you and your family m'man (I'm assuming it was within your family circle or something, but it's not really for me to pry into).

EDIT - I'm going for Casper's upgrade too

Sorry to hear Dan. Life gives and takes, difficult to accept. Glad to hear you'll be back soon.
