    lol.

lol. so apparently, we are thinking the same about the series

However, I thought the same thing about "The Happening" but that's apparently a load of bollocks. I keep forgetting about a lot of M. Night Shymalan films, some of them are crap - Signs was good though, I watched The Village recently and thought that was ok and Lady In The Water was surprisingly alright in my opinion, but Shattered? God, talk about wanting to take up self-harm...

Ha, books are so much better (as long as you're up for a lot of reading!) - that said, films are pretty tasty. Better than the Harry Potter adaptations...

The Mist seems cool indeed. Shyamalan had never convinced me of his talent. Signs was okay, the Sixt Sence way too weird and the rest is not worth mentioning it.
  3. Not a movie, but I just rented and watched the first two seasons of Weeds. That is one out there show. As soon as Blockbuster opens its on to season 3.
  4. Kung fu panda - had to go with my sister's children and i quite enjoyed it
  5. Watched both Boston and Slane DVDs last night - didn't sleep as a result though lol.
  6. Yesterday nightI saw (again) Save Private Ryan. Love that movie, boy.

Sad end though, but that makes the movie so great. Pure war, no heroic stuff. Anyone ever read Band Of Brothers from Ambrose (talking about the book, not the series). Great stuff.

The series are great, the book adds to that. It shows that the serie is very good and historically correct. The book has more inside info though. And some personal stories from the 512th Regiment boys.
