    I grabbed the setlist of Slane (the actual setlist with Mysterious Ways in it) and looked for the best version of each song ever, in my humble opinion.

    It's more in the line of what version you would want to see of the different songs played that night.
  6. I think this "would've been better" list would be more approbiate if you chose renditions from only the Elevation tour. Otherwise it's just a "my perfect show"-list imo .

    I like the Slane concert A LOT the way it is. There're other shows that would need an 'improvement' so to speak *hehe*.

    It kinda is, and isn't too. I'm just showing my preferences for the songs from Slane. My perfect show would be totally different.

    wow I agree. this show can not be improved simply on the emotional level it was on, they are playing these songs like they never have before. Slane was a once in a lifetime thing, not gonna happen again, not even worth considering the possibility of an alternative or "better" version

    slane is one of the best ...but the second show in arnhem is also a great great show ..
    i was at the first night in arnhem and when i heard the bootleg of the second show
    i get nuts i wish i was at this show because it's so much better than the first night ...
    they played 11 o clock /sweetest thing /out of control ...
    i never saw them play these songs myself at a U2 concert and i saw them 9 times live
  12. Ooo, nice topic. This is going to take some thought. Right now though, I can say definitely I'd keep Elevation from Slane. Better than the South bend version IMO.

    I'll make my list and report back.
