that's what we do... go to away games. its always been that way in Tampa anyway. its gotten interesting so we want to see these games. we want to know what games are like outside of Fenway. however, we are not like the Yankees. yes the Red Sox have a big budget, however we don't buy players. Most of them come from the farm teams. Pedroia, Youk, Ellsbury, etc. Varitek was apart of the Mariners farm system. plus Yankees fans aren't cool.

I have no problem with the Red Sox organization. In fact, I'd LOVE for Theo Epstein to come be the GM in Seattle (that will never happen). It's the bandwagon fans that suddenly became Red Sox fans in the fall of 04 that I can't stand. Thats what I was referring to when I compared them to the Yankees. If I was a Red Sox fan for a long time, I'd be pissed off by these "fans" as well.

Hey everyone! Its Nikki do you remember me?
just want to let you all know that i havent disappeared off the face of the planet, uni exams for vet selection are over and ive been in the US for two weeks, but now everything is back to normal! im gonna be back a it more often now! still waiting on the results for Vet, but as soon as i find out i'll let you know

but anyhow how is everyone? what have i missed?

Yep.. It pisses me off a lot. I remember the 90s. Me and my dad would watch the game. Sometimes we would go. I remember getting our asses kicked. I remember how everyone looked up to Nomar and Mo. Then Pedro came. Wait til next year...... an ongoing theme in my childhood. There are some who go crazy with it like remember how high the green monster is or batting averages and such. Whatever. I just wanna see the Red Sox play. I love how they hate the bunting technique. I also remember that Seattle should have won in 1997.

Which is why the baseball game for N64 featuring Ken Griffey Jr is one of my favs lol.
