I sang them "Sometimes..." and they loved it, because of the meaning. To me its much more than a song from Bono to his his late father, but a song with an overall message. That forever who we may have a strained relationship with, we will always appreciate them for how they changed our lives.

yeah, i know the story behind the song. It just doesn't flow like some of Bono's other great lyrical songs. I especially hate that he fits 4 notes into the word "why" in that phrase. Kills me every time.
