Hey, it's U2 related! U2 loved The Clash. Edge inducted them into the R&R HOF, and Bono sang snippets of "Rock The Casbah" during "Sunday Blood Sunday" on the Vertigo tour.

Gotta love The Clash. Okay, you don't "gotta" but ya SHOULD!

Harry says that Jeffrey has a good plan on the go. Harry stil wishes for an Explorer, he must admit - and perhaps a Casino too...

I wonder if Adam has an endorsement from the cappucino maker company, as he does for bass guitars, strings, and amps...

I imagined that the cappucino is for Stuart Morgan...guitar techs don't get endorsements.

Sorry. Too much Blues Clues with a 3 year old.
  5. UTEOTW - the muted guitar part, what string is Edge playing it on? I mean the part on the 2nd verse and after the solo. I try and play it on the 'A' string, but it sounds too dull and the other strings come out too much.

    Help! lol.

Crap... no guitar here at work... I will doule check at home... I am thinking it's the G or B... Like I said, I will pick up m'Gee-Tar when I get home to double check.

  7. Very nice choice.... however, my first electric will be a Strat (starter pack). I'm more into Gibsons, they sound smoother I think, while the Fenders are kinda springy (do I make sence lol?).

Yeah, you make sense lol. I've got knockoff Strat (Tobacco Sunburst) and a Fender Strat (red w/ white pickguard.) The Strats, in my mind, are good starter guitars, as they're very versitile. Along with your Les Pauls, etc. Tele's are much more "screechers" lol. The Tele or an SG will be the next guitar I buy, probably. Even though I don't really need either of them. Saw a very nice '52 Tele today in Guitar world....too expensive though.

In TJ's (a local music store), They have a Tele excactly like the one you linked (i'm not sure if its 52') for $800. For my first electric guitar (right now, I'm rocking an acoustic lol), I'm getting the Strat beginner pack (guitar, gig bag, amp, all that good stuff) for just $200! I'l try finding a link...

Don't use my acoustic that much anymore, but it's fun to break out every once in a while.
