Basic facts about The Verve? Well, I am not a fanatic fan so I know only Richard Ashcroft (the singer).
They got together in 1989. Their best album from the 90s is Urban Hymns with songs like Bittersweet Symphony and Lucky Man...In 1999 they split up, but got together again last year. Between 1999 and 2007 Ashcroft released 3 albums with some very good songs (Break The Night With Colour, Keys to The World, Sience of Silence, Check The Meaning,...)
they are releasing new album called Forth next month. They played new song Love Is Noise at Glastonbury. I really look forward to the album.
