    Dallas: "Where's Edge?"
You: "He.... uh..... he had some buisiness to take care of"
Dallas: "Well, we can't let Bono play, so get up there!"

  3. OH WOW MAN!

i just checked out your page Morning Child is like. a spiritual instead of sexual MW.

Maybe when i'm in LA you could produce some of my very U2-sounding bands stuff?

Wow. Thanks! That was a great compliment and I am truly humbled.

"Morning Child": The title was "borrowed", as that was one of the working titles for "Who's Gonna Ride..." (Consult your Salome' Outtakes)

EDIT: Although I must admit, my time is ALL over the place on that demo. I need to re-do that one SOON.

The tuning isn't standard. I was trying to figure out Edge's "The Unforgettable Fire" tuning. I later learned his tuning. But the one for Morning Child was one that originally thought was close. (it wasn't!)

The tuning for "Morning Child" Low "E" to high "E" string is:
D-A-D-A-C-E and then it's capoed at... the 2nd fret, if memory serves. That recording was made with my Danelectro 56-U2 (No the 56-U2 is NOT a U2 related/signature guitar but is it's model number).

And yes, I always love to meet with, play with, hang out with my fellow musicians.
  7. Ah yes, so along with the Danelectro 56-U2 (which I no longer have), I used the pedalboard (that I posted piccies a day or so ago) > Behringer V-Amp 2 > into m'Computer.

Awesome dude, i'm really just a humble amateur at guitar but i am really only gonna be doing rhythm/vocals. I need a really good Edge-like 17-21 year old guitarist. And then i'm set.

I'd like to send you some lyrics from the first collection of songs if you wouldn't mind?
