I loved that bass, too, and if he used it again I'd be all for it
though I think (really not sure) I read that he said the bass was part of the whole stage set up or something and thus wouldn't be seen again..

I think that out of the context of the POPmart environment it wouldn't look nearly as cool.

Heh, I'm entirely innocent of anything and everything y'know

EDIT - fully agree with what Bret said in addition to my general dislike of the bass regardless lol...
  4. Speaking of ground shaking bass Strat, I heard you guys had a little shaking of your own going on in L.A.. Man, I don't miss those things.

5.8 I think he said earlier on...scary shit, I daresay? We don't get much in the way of bad quakes in the UK; the last big tremor we had, I slept through it lol...

Now they are calling it a 5.4. It was enought o get our attention. The builiding I work in is a bit old. So that made it a bit more of "a ride". But so far, no big aftershocks.

Tsk Tsk Harry! Stand up for the Auerswald!

That said, it was probably more of a 'gimmick' bass than bought for great tone. Hence, we've not seen it since.

    I thought it looked cool.
