1. With the new released cd's of Boy, October and War U2 should take an example from Iron Maiden an tour again playing songs of only their first 4 Cds. This would truly be so great. The first Cd's are the reason why they became so big in the game, but lately they don't play anough songs from those albums. Maybe you all think different But i think this would be so awesome, just imagine those old tracks being played live again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What do you mean with 'lately' ? They played quite some on the Vertigo Tour (and totally neglected my beloved POP-album)

Despite that I also have a feeling, call it urge or want, for some more of the 'old' songs. I really like them to bring back songs like "Two Hearts Beat As One", "Seconds", "October" or "I Threw A Brick Through A Window", but that's for another topic.
  4. Nah

Maybe they can do it for one or two special shows but I don't want a tour where they don't play songs as The Fly, Streets, WOWY etc.
  5. I Will Follow, Out Of Control, An Cat Dubh, Into The Heart, The Electric Co. Stories For Boys (snippet, Gloria all on Vertigo alone?? Plenty.

Bands cannot tour with no new material (minus greatest hits tours). Bands only tour with new material. You hear the single, buy the album, see the gig then go buy all the other albums. Simple formula thats profitable.

    oh, and 40 too
  8. so the early albums are well represented already. They can't play em all
  9. Seconds and Two Hearts will be great. I just hope they skip some oldies like Pride and repolish some fairly unknown oldies.

I doubt that Bono can hit the notes for Wire anymore. And it wouldn't be that great if they just tuned down. The vocals are the highlight of said song...
