  4. I've seen the replay of the relay 3 times now, and it takes my breath away still. Not only was the finish amazing, but the pace was astonishing. Three teams obliterated the world record, and a few more were right on it. Amazing all the way around.

    Well, I haven't talked to Michael lately, have you? (If not, how do you know if he plays or not guitar?)

    In fact, my statement may have sounded a bit exaggerated...Let's say that Edge IS from that faraway planet and Phelps has "only" been there in his holiday times

  9. All this Michael Phelps hype is really getting on my nerves, I'm half hoping someone beats him so he doesn't get his 8 gold medals. Here in UK it's Phelps this and Phelps that, so god only knows what it's like in the States.

    Haha, don't like the hype either. It bores me and I don't like Phelp's attitude. Of course it's goodto have ambition, but to say, even before the Olympics, to win 8 medals is a bit ignorant to me. Respect your opponents and be more modest, I'd say.

    It's my understanding (and I could be wrong here) that most of the "8 gold medals" hype is coming from the media....i don't think he'd be so bold as to come out and say "I'm gonna win 8 gold medals."
