Ha, yes indeed! As the Guinness advert goes, "out of darkness comes light"

I have indeed. I mean, we didn't get much in the way of quality BUT I sincerely hope it's just drafts as opposed to finished articles that we were given glimpses of. I'm still hanging on for the "molten metal" that Bono referred to in an article from last year, I think it was?

Sound Quality was crappy yes but whether they were drafts or finished products I REALLY liked what I heard

Agreed. I won't deny that I did like a lot of what I heard, but like I say, I hope that's not IT...

Yeah didn't you hear...they're only putting out an EP not an LP LOLOLOLOL

I miss the taste of Guiness
  6. Tell me something that Paris show in your description is it really that good?

    Ha, good one

You should get yourself down the nearest Irish pub or something similar then, ASAP

Stunning. I tell you, I prefer listening to it as opposed to the Stockholm show (1992-06-11), hence why it's gone straight to the top of my 10 favourite bootlegs on my profile . I can't stop listening to it. It may look odd at first, e.g. a fairly standard '92 setlist and a shortened encore set, but damn if I've never heard a better WGRYWH, WOWY or BTBS as long as I live (especially the solo, ).

hopefully i will be making my way down to a pub shortly. Need a tall cold one! I must download this Paris show. ZooTV's BTBS and Elevations BTBS are by far the best versions. I swear Edges guitar solo during the Elevation Tour sounds like it's on acid. Weren't you disappointed in BTBS during Vertigo?

I have a real soft spot for the PopMart versions, must be said, I love the guitar riff he used then. My favourite's always been ZooTV, it just kicked arse so much, and there are so many unique solos about, the aforementioned Paris show and 1992-06-04 Dortmund being my favourites. Apart from the solo though, I wasn't too keen on Elevation versions, same thing with Vertigo for me. I dislike the absence of a riff during the verses and it just seemed too sombre for its own good. I still listen to them though, all the same lol.

I'm gonna have to take a listen again to BTBS from PopMart and from Elevation
