    The problem is, there is no way to get off topic here...I'm sure you've seen my anger about it in the original general chat topic. It seems that when more than 4 people get in here, all hell breaks loose. I will say, later in the evening (Now until about 2:00AM my time) we are able to actually have conversations, which are nice. But if I have to be more of a stick in the mud with the "spam clan", oh well. I've got no problem doing that...


    There's no way we'd ever have 4 GC topics by now, if something wasn't up...
  2. You moderators should have a talk with Remy before the new launch and see if there's anything to be done. I don't mind being an ass to people....

    And you think I have a problem being an ass to people? It's just a shame because, not to point fingers, but since we've gained all of these new members, I've lost almost all connection with some of my closest friends on this site (Dan, Casper, Gerard, Harry, Sergio, etc.) And I think that's because they're steering clear of GC. You are really the only "veteran" member I talk to, these days.

    And there are quite a few occasions where I'll be online and won't post in the GC, because:

    1.) I can't keep up with conversation
    2.) I have no idea what the conversation is

    I'm guessing this is in the afternoon. Myself, Nick and Steve have our moments, but normally we have an actual conversation going. I'm just trying to figure out what time I need to police more...

    I guess times change. But you're right...I never see Dan or Gerard or Ali in the GC topic anymore. Those were the days....

    And I don't want to lose those days...I'll do just about anything to gain those days back. It really pisses me off that they state they're a "spam clan"

    Yeah....I'm all for people having high post counts, but when you are very obviously just posting to try and increase your count as opposed to having an intelligent conversation, that's when I log off. But I don't know if there's a good way to stop that, you know?

    I completely understand. Look at me, I've been here a year, and have 10,000 posts. There are people here with 5,000, that have been here three months. I'm seriously going to start closing GC, and sending warning PM's to people, such as the "spam clan"

  12. I'm back. Would it be absolutely feasible to limit this conversation? Say, a page every 5 minutes or so?
