1. Been ripping U2-CD's like a madman here. I once ripped everything to 224 kbps, did it again, but now to 192kbps. I know you're far away from any technical knowhow, but this is what I did today. Besides that, my brother bought 3 Alicia Keys CD's..like the covers more than the actual CD's though.

And been working this eve, watched some Olympics troughout the day and enjoyed this soaking wet day in Holland.

    You??

Ahaha, like the covers more than the albums, classic

Erm, not a lot - got up, had a bath, did little else...pathetic eh? lol. Oooh, I did finally get around to watching Collateral, film with Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx, thought that was quite good

Collateral...yes...(memory goes back 1.5 year ago). Can't remember the plot at all, haha. But it's a great film for sure, that's what I do remember lol

Jamie Foxx is a taxi driver who picks up Tom Cruise, who turns out to be a contract killer who forces him to drive around LA. Really thought it was good

Yes yes...there's some light at the end of the tunnel (re: I'm starting to remember it). One of the better Cruise films for sure.

Indeed, makes an interesting change when TC plays a bad guy and gets shot lol (that should ring bells, I dunno whether he's ever played another role like it!). Definitely moving away from his typecast roles, although I must admit that I like the Mission Impossible series...the 1st was the best, though the 3rd was pretty good. The 2nd, meh, didn't really get too caught up in it.

Ha. never saw MI part 2, did see 1 and 3 though. The Cruise film I dislike the most is The Last Samurai. A great film for sure, but they never should have contracted Cruise for that role.

Hmm, I wasn't really pushed either way, I just liked the imagery of the film lol. I agree, good film, but I wasn't too bothered about Cruise for better or worse; I was in shock for the rest of the film after Billy Connolly got killed off 20 minutes in lol...

Haha Nahh..the best Cruise films are still MI, methinks. War of the Worlds was fun too btw.

  10. Ja, das ist uber SO much better than the original lol...

  11. Never forget the first time I saw it, in the cinema. When that tripod came out of the earth and that big horn was blown, I really thought: 'Wow, these next 1.5 hours are gonna be fun!'.

Ha, yeah I can imagine that.

    *thinks*

Last film I saw in the cinema was Indy 4...kinda liked that. Last time I genuinely like you were referring too was probably Star Wars Episode 2, when Yoda got his lightsabre out. Happy days...on second thoughts though, the Bourne films were always awesome in cinema, and I can't remember when the 3rd LOTR film was released?
