I?m not able to give you the link now, but if you go to 3fm.nl and you click to 'Uitzending Gemist' (I believe it's on the left...). Then you should choose the program 'GIEL' and then you can click something on the left...It says something like: 'Gelekte U2-nummers, wij hebben degene die ze opnam!'

  6. It would be funny if it were true, the poster is Irish though, so maybe.
Has any of the band or producers posted to any forum, ever?

They've been on Interference, but not as registered members, to my knowledge. I remember reading a fan story of two people whom Bono invited inside Hanover Quay I think right after the Elevation tour, and they asked him if the band knew of Interference and he said something to the effect of "yeah, it's a great site." I'll search for the link.
  9. Just downloaded it, listening it now. The guitar in the end of the first clip is great!
  10. You guys should listen to the clips in the dark, you can tune out most of the noise and follow the songs pretty well.

    My ranking so far:

    1. Clip 1 "Moment of Surrender?" (love this song, the rhythm, singing, guitar everything)
    2. Clip 2 "Walk Out Into The Streets" (like the chorus, reminds me of Window in the Skies)
    3. Clip 4 "For Your Love"
    4. Clip 3 "Sexy Boots"
    5. Clip 5 ??? (Reminds of song you play around a campfire on holiday or something, when you're a bit drunk... kinda like Summer Rain)

From these recordings, I don't really like the sound (or the name) of Sexy Boots so far, it sounds a bit silly, I think they're a bit too old for these kinds of songs, it's no Vertigo that's for sure.

The other apparent thing is that this is clearly Atomic Bomb with bits of AB/Pop thrown in, ie less traditional song structures, more guitar effects etc. So far its definitely not the reinvention or "best album ever" that the band/producers are spruiking.
