1. Don't skip The Fly
  2. I'm not entirely serious, I mean this obviously isn't what I'm expecting the next tour to throw up, but I'd certainly die happy if it does lol.

    1.) [New song]
    2.) [New song]
    3.) Vertigo
    4.) [New song]
5.) [New song], Even Better Than The Real Thing or Gone
    6.) [New song]
7.) The Fly (in Eb like Vertigo and ZooTV versions, but just Edge on guitar á la Elevation)
8.) Until The End Of The World (á la Elevation tour) or Last Night On Earth

    Acoustic/B-stage set, e.g.

    9.) [New song]
10.) Stay (Faraway, So Close!), The First Time or Staring At The Sun
11.) In A Little While or Angel Of Harlem
12.) [New song] or Running To Stand Still

    13.) Bad
14.) All I Want Is You (á la PopMart versions)
    15.) City Of Blinding Lights
16.) Where The Streets Have No Name
17.) With Or Without You (obviously seeing the glorious return of a) regular snippets, e.g. Shine Like Stars, Love Will Tear Us Apart etc. and b) Edge's solo slot, with perhaps something new? That said, I wouldn't complain if he played either solo from the JT/LT era or ZooTV!)

    Encore(s):

    18.) God Part II
    19.) Discotheque or [New song]
20.) Ultra Violet (Light My Way), [New song] or One

21 & 22.) Any of Gloria, The Electric Co., Out Of Control or I Will Follow
    23.) [New song]
    24.) 11 O'Clock Tick Tock

7-9 songs or so from the new album would seem fairly probably, and I know people might be flabbergasted because I haven't included WGRYWH but, reverting to the idea of being this is what I'd like to see, I think WGRYWH works best following on from UTEOTW which I can't see happening. The problem with these ideas is that one tries to go between the feel of a greatest hits tour with the promotion of a new album, whilst trying to combine any ideas that you like the sound of lol.

I've been advocating the idea of God Part II returning as an encore opener, and I do think it has some merit, what with Dallas apparently plugging for the guys to bring it back so perhaps it's on their minds; Ultra Violet, as I mentioned earlier in this topic was thrown in 'cause of Bono being quoted as saying he'd like to bring that back too; EBTTRT and/or Gone were just me being hopeful, as was LNOE but my god I'd love to see the latter return, if nothing else...as for my two favourite ideas - the mahoosive segue of Bad >>AIWIY >> COBL >> WTSHNN is conceivable, if unlikely. Finally, again, wishful thinking on my part lol, but c'mon, if they used 11 O'Clock being the regular show closer, isn't there anyone else who thinks it would be so cool!? I think it wouldn't be that farfetched an idea in a musical sense, but practically....probably not

(PS - oh yeah, dunno how I'd ever expect them to drop Beautiful Day and Elevation, but it would be about time lol...)

In conclusion, I think there are some probable ideas here, but after a while my attempts at realism took a bit of a nosedive into a perceivable lack of it lol.
  3. 11 O'Clock as end...oh my..
  4. They'd better drop Vertigo and play Beautiful Day or Elevation instead. 11 O'Clock as closing song isn't that bad, but they have to upgrade it a bit because I don't want to hear it as played on Elevation.

True...the War/TUF ones were the best, and they were also longer back then with Edge coming in twice. I wonder why they degrade those kind of songs...

Think just because they didnt't played it as many as in the old times. An Cat Dubh was better played in the old days too I think. Electric Co on Vertigo however was fu**ing great!

They had a lot more energy back then. Everything was up-tempo, so might be the age too perhaps.
  8. Perhaps, but they freak out on Electric Co so why can't they play the other songs as great?

Doesn't matter actually, If they only play Electric Co (as part of the first 3 albums) on the next tour I will be satisfied too

    I won't...I want 11 O'Clock back...!

  10. I'd rather see them playing some PopMuzik How about playing Numb again? That would be great too.
