I'd have definitely gone for COBL as the main opener if I were in their position, but I still love LAPOE as a show opener, I think it's an inspired idea in some respects. And yeah, it did open a few 1st leg shows, but only 9 over the entire tour (probably all 1st leg, no doubt ).

I had my eye on it because of it's unusual set. Very different Elevation list. I didn't think EBTTRT was played at all on this tour until I went looking for the early shows.

Here's another highly unusual one. Open rehearsal at the start of ZooTV's 3rd leg. The Open Broadcast. Check out the opening set.

The foremost experts on setlists...U2gigs.com....does not list EBTTRT in Paris during Elevation. Snippet or otherwise. Only played in U.S. and Canada.
