  2. No, don't, just try and refrain from saying anything that can offend. Like people were saying, there's a difference between being proud and disrespectful to other cultures. By all means have pride in your national culture and history (hell, I share some if you go back a couple of generations) but don't go claiming that it's better than anyone else's, because it's an entirely subjective matter. It's like arguing what is the best colour?


  3. Okay, here's the thing....

    You're more than welcome to have your opinions, even opinions that you come from the greatest country in the world. No one is faulting you for being proud of Slovakia. The problem that myself (and from the looks of it, several other members from various countries) have is when you deliberately go out and insult other nationalities, several times over. The thing about U2start is, there's thousands of members from several different countries, and we're trying to maintain an atmosphere of respect around this place. Several times in the past, you've made comments that are directly in opposition to the types of conversations that we try and maintain here. You've been warned several times, and even had a hand in getting one topic shut down temporarily because of this. (I know, several other members were involved, I'm not holding you solely responsible.)

    Here's the thing, I (or we?) just want you to cut the crap about being so anti-American in the forums all the time. There are thousands of websites for that sort of thing, but U2start isn't one of them.

    Now look, we've completely gone off topic and we're hijacking Marina's post about her vacation pictures. Let's get back to that.

    I start to think the whole world thinks Slavis peoples are something lower (why? maybe 'cause we are post-communistc countries- enemies of the West, undeveloped,....)

    Man, you seem to LIKE thinking of a World Conspiracy against your country and culture... And you're fucking wrong. I don't have ANYTHING against undeveloped countries, in fact I always try to help them making donations to NGOs and defending them when take part of a political discussion. Moreover I have TONS of East friends, fom Ukraine, Slovakia, Russia and Georgia (in fact, a good friend -and ex-girlfriend- of mine, Iryna, was from Ukraine and her parents were from Hungary and Slovakia), probably more than your West ones.
