1. Also meaning we're gonna need a shitload of luck to all get tickets for the same show(s) lol...

  2. may I suggest...U2Start could have a system...people sign up for it, you have a list of 10-20 people who can be there at croke for the same show...then one person who is most likely to be able to get them, maybe gerard, gets the tickets for everyone...we meet up and everyone gets their tickets...a pint or two, and we go in for the show
I know, too dreamy, but one can dream out loud, right?

if it's ticketmaster they may be limited to a max of 4 per person meaning i'd only be able to get 8 at the very very most

that would be awesome although I doubt one can order 20 tickets at once?

well, we'll have 3-4 crew members take care of it, it can be organized

  6. I couldn't even get one ticket last time around. . .

  7. I shall be queing up 2-3 dyas early though and the missus will be online with the credit card so better chances this time around

that would be so fecking awesome!!
it's very complicated though... but doable...

I'd die to go... butit really seems impossible at this time, but, who knows?? maybe!!

  10. lol, fear not Ali, I was thinking the same for quite a while, but aswell as trying to organise just simply getting tickets, there's the logistics to think about, i.e. sharing financial details safely. As far as I'm aware, U2start isn't a secure site (in so far as, it doesn't come up with the little lock symbol), but that's probably because there's no necessity to pay for things.

Dan seems to do alright for himself with regard to getting tickets though...

No need for digital payment...we'll pay for our tickets once we meet in Ireland! And if someone doesn't show up, the ticket will sell well on ebay.
