1. I remember a preview of the Elevation DVD/Video on the u2.com site in 2001... It was a preview of the dvd. It contained Elevation with the beginning as on the DVD but right before the song starts you see the people backstage cheering and saying something like 'I love my job' (when the song kicks in)'

It was a pretty cool watch... Does someone know where I can watch it?
  2. Doesnt ring a bell. Just a trailer type thing? How long was it?
  3. that sounds vaguely familiar, but I couldn't point you in the right direction. sorry
  4. Was just the whole song, yeah something like a trailer. Well I remember it started with building the stage etcetera (what is called on the dvd 'Road Movie') By that time, it was placed onder 'Exclusives' on the u2 site. Was a pretty cool watch. The rest of the song was just as you can see it on DVD 1.
  5. damn i gotta watch this....the irony is that i live 10 or so mins from the place
  6. That stage build is on the bonus disc I think so theyve either threw this trailer together for the u2.com clip or its just a standard clip. Ill take a scan through the second disc tomorow

You see Hamish going nuts. Great...

''Believe it or not, here we go'' ELEVATION KICKS IN ''Come on! I love my job! Come on!''

not trying to respark this debate, but I think Hamish does great work on Boston and Slane and is cool in the interviews.......but something definitely went wrong during Chicago and Milan, hopefully they don't use him again for the next tour dvd

    Hello Gerard,
I think you are right, these scene is on the 2d disk from the deluxe version of Boston, you can see the crew start the film when the concert start, the crew, but not the band, it would be more interesting in that case for us!!

indeed. Boston and Slane were great, but Chicago sucks in a certain way. Milan is not that bad, however they should have released the whole concert instead of a few songs.
  11. Continue in the DVD topic. Dieder got himself sorted
