Don't get offended if I tell you your very little mistakes: "buon giorno" is better "buongiorno"; "com estai?" actually is "come stai?"; "ecoo un signore" actually is "ecco un signore".

So good luck with your learning of Italian. I hope you will learn it very well, 'cause they say (and I agree) that Italian is a beautiful lenguage.

Thanks for correcting my mistakes (2 of them where just typing-mistakes, so there's hope for me! ) As soon as I know some decent sentences, I'll write a post in Italian

la ragazza di Belgica (that's probably not intirely correct but you get the point!)

  3. I ordered U2 by U2 yesterday and it arrived today after lunch. So I opened it, was amazed about the size and the huge cover and decided to read some pages. Meanwhile, Arrow Classis Rock was on in the kitchen...guess what came on? U2- Desire....coincidence or what??

Awesome! If that's a coincidence, I wish I had more concidences like yours...
  5. a year or a few months or so ago, i saw a movie trailer on tv (not sure of the film) and towards then end of it, it had the solo from bullet the blue sky. for some reason, i hadnt really liked the song before that, so i listened to a few live versions of it (slane ) and fell in love
  6. I was in a Burger King in the middle of nowhere this week and while I was eating I heard Two Hearts Beat as One. Wouldn't have expected to hear that in a million years. Very cool.

I've only heard 2 U2 songs on the radio in the last couple of years, but that could be because I don't listen to the radio lol...most of it is bollocks over here in the UK

On that note, BBC Radio 2 is on in the kitchen and a-Ha's "The Sun Always Shines On TV" has just come on, i.e. the song that Bono nabbed the "touch me!" from for Beautiful Day, so that'll have to do (just so happens that I love the song anyway, which is a bonus )
  9. TUF on Arrow this eve...man, I love that station..
  10. They played Kite at my work..... very unexpected. I sang along.
  11. I found myself in a Barnes & Noble after a bit of praying about what to do with my life (I'm a confused young adult right out of university), when I stumbled upon a featured section of books about politically / socially active leaders, including Barack Obama's biography. That same moment, literally, "Crumbs From Your Table" came on through the store speakers, and I thought about the line, "where you live should not decide whether you live or whether you die."

    Well that's a hint, I figured...
  12. Today I woke up and felt not very good. I was going to cardiologist later. I went to kitchen for breakfest and turned on the radio. Just after a few seconds With or Without You started. And after hearing Bono's beautiful voice I felt like everything would be good. Fortunately, everything went fine and I am OK
