I don't think that's a conclusion you can make based on one fairly inept statement m'man; I could easily put together a rant about religion if I felt inclined, but I don't because despite my misgivings, I respect those who hold religious beliefs and convictions as much as those without any (such as myself) - the key is respecting each other, and I think that's the crux of the problem.

    But anyway, c'mon guys, let's get back on topic and just stick to talking about cover versions of songs etc., not that I can play much of an active role in it for the moment...
  8. Jesus, someone makes ONE smartass comment and the 10 posts that follow are all flaming it. I don't think they were being serious. Calm down everyone, no need to get touchy when it comes to religion. It's a delicate topic, but we're all friends here. Calm down, I'm sure they didn't mean anything by it. And if they did, they're entitled to their own opinion too, so chill. But I think they were just being smart (sarcastic)

    Flaming it? Not really, just questioning the relevance and necessity of it in this thread. I think Sam was justified in replying because it was mainly aimed at him, but we're allowed to get touchy about stuff, whatever it may be mate. We're all entitled to our opinions, but there's other topics for that and ways of putting it across without seeking to offend people.
