For bootlegs with a very low quality it's very likely (99%) that those just have one recording available. We upgrade bootlegs every week (see the upgrades section), so it's very unlikely that another website has more and better sources for a lot of bootlegs.

You've got a point considering it must be damn hard finding recordings from virtually every single U2 performance in history in the first place. Nevertheless, it's still a shame.
