    And REM, as Gerard says, it's been 13 years! Their last album rocked, I think they deserve it!

    And what has Oasis reached in the past years? Nothing...

  4. R.E.M. was on the road for a year, so I don't think they're gonna tour next year again. Also, they're not big enough anymore to headline a european 80 000 people venue.

    Keane? Who is Keane?

    Coldplay will probably finish their tour in February 2009, so I don't see them touring in summer again.

    U2 has no release date for a new album, no tour announced either...

    Oasis seems a reasonable choice.
