  2. It's 192 kbps instead of 128, and yours are freshly encoded from lossless, so this one will be considered as an upgrade I will replace the link now

For reference of everyone submitting and adding upgrades, anything from lossless (FLAC, WAV, ALAC) to MP3 at 192Kbps or higher, encoded in iTunes, EAC or LAME is considered an upgrade - anything over 128Kbps or even less is an improvement. Most of those types won't be gapless, whereas going from lossless, provided the lossless is gapless, will indeed be gapless.

    It also needs to have lineage if you can get it: e.g. Silver -> EAC .095 PreBeta 5 -> wav -> FLAC Frontend -> Flac -> WAV>MP3@192 as well as a taper's name (e.g. Macphisto, andyshea) in order to add it to the bootleg pages that it will replace or compliment. AchtungBootlegs.com is a good resource for this if you know the taper's name, or ask for it if you want. I think sites like DIME, The Traders Den, U2torrents.com, U2unes, offer only lossless files as stated above, so you've no worries if you convert from lossless to MP3.
