Shame, I liked the badger look...
...but anyway, biggest footy story of the weekend -Norwich beat Ipswich 2-0 in the East Anglian derby!. Quite simply the perfect end to a great week for me (passed my driving test on Thursday morning, first attempt, 2 minors). Everyone should check out Lee Croft's opener wherever it's available, stunning strike!

Hate is a pretty strong emotion to have for someone you've (I'm guessing) never met, and never got a genuine impression of outside of the media. I agree in that the players you mention get up to antics, of which I strongly disapprove but I don't hate them for it. I love my team (Norwich) and do genuinely wish they win everytime etc., but I don't hate any opposition player because that's pointless - what possible good can/does it serve?
Originally posted by u2spear:Ok, i was being immature, but they really annoy me on the pitch, diving cheats, dont deserve to play the game, doesnt matter how good they are, they spoilt the game. especially people who try to break other players legs!!
I support Albion!!! Boing Boing (Staying Up)![]()

My bad, didn't mean to sound liek I was having a go at you mate (apologies if it seemed like that), I'm just really against all the ill-feeling that does the rounds in football. The amount of rubbish that gets thrown about between rival clubs and fans etc., for god's sake it's a bloody game, get real. Like I said, being a Norwich fan, our main rival is Ipswich, but I have no ill-feeling towards the club, the players, their fans etc., and it really angers me whenever the subject comes up because there's so much spite and vitriole let loose in the name of what, exactly? This isn't to say I don't enjoy it when we beat them (e.g. the other weekend when we won 2-0), but that's because I recognise there's heritage and history, but other than that I couldn't care less.
I would go on, but most people get the picture lol.
Great result for your lot yesterday
