    Well, the last two songs of Passengers are very boring too IMO, but yes, this is the most boring

    One by Mary J. Blidge (or however her name is spelled)

    I just cant get through the song at all.....When I see it as a track listing for the DVD's, it takes me longer to get around to buying the DVD's....

  8. I'd like to know what on earth they were thinking when they put out the Mofo (House Flavour Mix). But the Phunk Phorce Mix is awesome!
  9. Scarlet: Why repeating the same word eight times in two minutes and fifty-three seconds is appealing, I'll never know. Nice background music though. It might have appealed in 1981, but this is still crap in 2008 and probably will remain that way indefinitely.

    Elvis Ate America: It sounds like a nice Christmas tune about Elvis when it starts. But the lyrics are repetitive, the vocal effects are annoying and it's a real letdown on an otherwise really interesting idea of an album. Why Eno even thought it was worthy is another question all together.

    Corpse: Again, I like the background music. But I hate the vocals, full stop.

    The Sweetest Thing: The old version sounds a lot better and raw, and some of the best 1980s U2 stuff. The modern version is the one I don't like - overproduction at it's worst. Too poppy and like the rest of these songs, doesn't deserve the respect it gets, the recognition or even that place on 18 Singles or the Best of 1990-2000

    Red Light: The horn arrangements, the coconut intro and the repetitive sounds on it are enough to take the album down one mark.

    Van Diemen's Land: It sounds like whingeing and Edge obviously had a stressful week on this one. The recent O2 performance just shows how bad it really is. It's not the lyrics - they're nice - but the execution is nothing short of something that should have stayed on death row.

    Best of 1990-2000 New Mixes: How you thought Pop could be improved is a question that has a simple answer: they can't. They gutted these songs.

    All Best of 1990-2000 Remixes: I don't like a band for how well they sound remixed. I like them for how they sound, originally. These remixes nailed it - nailed how bad several minds can be when they need to flog something. Never, ever, ever let U2 near a remixing machine. Ever. Again.

    Drunk Chicken: Because it just is. But people should read the original poem - it is one of the greatest poems of our time.

    Scarlet: yeah...not really a song I'd recommend to my friends. It's just a tune...maybe it would work for commercials
    Elvis Ate America: Even tough it ain't sweet: it would be cool hearing it acoustic next tour, the crowd yellin 'ELVIS!' and Bono with the lyric...but not good on the album...
    Corpse: One of the best songs on Passengers, love it
    Sweetest Thing: Ain't the U2 we like
    Red Light: don't like it, don't hate it
    Van Diemen's Land: Nice tune, not as cool as Numb, but just the fact that's Edge makes it worthy
    (Pop) Remixes: Gone and Discotheque are okay...but the others not so much
    Other Remixes: Dirty Day isn't improvable! Those remixes are simply horrifying
    Drunk Chicken: It's not a song

    I always thought it'd be good for a phone or dishwasher ad.

    I guess Drunk Chicken isn't a song, but it has background music, so I classify it as a song, as you would Beautiful Ghost, which is one of the best things U2 has ever done. There's worse songs than these, but these are the better-known ones of those.

    Flower Child and the original Sunday Bloody Sunday demo aren't too great either.
