The Brits are usually televised on ITV in the UK, usually the day after they have been held but I think last year they might have been live.

Yeah, they're usually televised on Sky or some other terrestrial channels; but usually not on the night of the event - sometimes a day or two later. Don't worry - it'll appear on Youtube in no time.

U2 at the Brits
U2 have been confirmed among the list of performers taking part in this year's Brit Awards with a live performance of their new single Get On Your Boots next month.
live at the Brit Awards on 18 February.
The track is the first to be taken from the band's forthcoming album - the band's 12th No Line On The Horizon - which is lined up for release in March.
Brits committee chairman Ged Doherty said: "Their addition to this year's show makes it possibly the best we have ever had."
The band has won seven Brits over the years, five of them for best international group. Other acts at the event will include Pet Shop Boys who will close the show after collecting the outstanding contribution award.
The show, which is being held at London's Earls Court, will be broadcast live on ITV1.
