  1. Is there a list somewhere of all U2's (partial or full)l live releases, both just audio and also video ones? This includes releases such as the one from Paris on the Joshua Tree deluxe edition and live from Milan on U218.

    Also: Is there a way to obtain the digital box set "The Complete U2" as of today? Is it likely it will be released again in the future?
