The one and only Pop (unless you also count R&H).
I think you can get an idea of the length of the album from the tracklist in the U2.com vid. 50-60 minutes I'd say.

  2. So I guess Drew, you are lightyears away from the typical U2 fan, eh

@ yeah: i'm hoping that a lot of these 6/7 minuters are good, there is nothing I hate more than a boring song that goes on forever, like Elvis and America.

  3. like what songs?

If the boys sing one at the obama ''We Are One', will they change the lyrics to'we are one, we are the same' or will they keep 'we're one, but we're not the same', i duno just a thought.

and 3 songs being about 20 mins in length is sweet, should mean lengthy album, it means that each song(track 2,3,4) is aprrox 6min 40secs long. WTF

I hope they don't, 'we are one' sounds like Nikki Webster's song from the Olympics

Moment of Surrender is 7 1/2 minutes long apparently, so the others are 6 minuters.

Well, let's hope it relates to Pop more than the length of the album
50-60 minutes is a lot of music, more than other artists are putting on there albums these days. I've seen albums with a little more than 30 minutes, and that's it.

Alright, five songs and some more:

    With A Shout
    Slug
    Elvis Presley and America
    The Playboy Mansion
    Babyface
    Miami
    Let's Go Native
    Grace

I don't know the general thoughts on those - well, several I do, but the rest would be interesting to find out.

With regards to three songs being a combined total of almost 20 minutes?. There is one song ''Thick As A Brick''. 45 minutes long. Pink Floyd's Echoes is 23 minutes long and Shine On You Crazy Diamond is 17 minutes long. So, NLOTH should make for great listening.

Somebody a while back (it was Lyndon, I think) said nobody would carry Original Soundtracks on their portable music player..I know someone who does.

Not necessarily. Just light years away from the typical uninformed U2 fan.
