OK yeah, do you know of Alan Parsons? Would some of his stuff not be considered some of the greatest works of the 20th century? It's weird and wonderful at the same time.

Ah, I overlooked the 'and' between consider and some. makes sense then, sorry for the confusion.
About Alan Parsons. Yes, I'd say a lot of his work as part of the "Project" as well as his engineering for Floyd and the Beatles get a lot of praise.

I guess, but standalones & notable B sides like Sweetest Thing, Party Girl, LWTSS, Electrical Storm, Window in the Skies etc are fair game. And no OST1 not a U2 release.
