    Yes, I agree! The description of the October recording sections and the explanations about the songs I read on U2BYU2 made me rediscover this album.

    Well they lost the lyrics, doesn't have a lot of time and had problems with their religious groups, so you cannot blame them for this... but I gave a try to this and now I found this album great

    Right. In the end I think the only thing missing in October is a couple o really great songs. As a matter of fact it's the only U2's album without any 5 stars rated-song in my musical library...
  4. First U2 album I bought was Under A Blood Red Sky, in November of 1983.

    I'd first seen U2 open for J. Geils Band in 1982. I'd remembered them when NYD hit the radio. The girl that I was seeing at the time, brought over "War" and loaned it to me. I still have that vinyl copy! (Thanks Jill!)

  7. First album I bought myself was.............hmm I think it was a bunch of albums I bought half a year ago, Zooropa, Pop, AB, since my dad bought ATYCLB and HTDAAB for me. I bought the JT deluxe box, the remasters deluxe but they don't count here. Say for new albums; NLOTH will be te first

    First single was Walk On, just loved the song... bought the 3 versions when I was eleven years old.
