Indeed. If an album comes in the store like that with Madonna I wouldn't buy it. That says enough, cause if I can, I do buy something even if it's a little U2-related.
  2. lol...I think we have more chance on an up-tempo remix of Grace

    Leave as it...

Very cool tracklisting.Too bad there is no good live version of DYFL

  6. Thanks Chris!

I think that it rocked at the Las Vegas show
Actually, that whole show isn't nearly as bad as people make it out to be. I listened to it, and other than the band falling out of time during the first Staring at the Sun (which they made up for right after), and Edge dropping his pick during Discotheque, there are no major flaws. I especially love the guitar transition from UTEOTW to IGWSHA . I would have loved to be there.

I agree. I listened to the live version of DYFL a lot but it would have sounded great in London, Leeds, Mexico or Santiago. Bono handled his weak voice a lot better in the last leg of popmart.

Full electric of Staring at the Sun is also pretty cool. Talking about Popmart, the performance of One at Reggio? is amazing. I had the dvd but i lost it somewhere.

    Will stop going offtopic now

And as if they'd release an album when they have THE new album to release....

There are remasters slated for this year. Or at least that is some of the news I've heard from a friend that works at Universal.

Slated? "The Unforgettable Fire" around summer... and "Achtung Baby" around mid-to late Fall.

But ofcourse... like NLOTH itself, the release dates are not in stone and are subjecte to change.
  10. AB remaster? Must be great. I hope POP will get his new clothes too. With the Sarajevo gig on DVD.

  11. I prefer Santiago, but it would be cool to have another PopMart-dvd. Just for the great view of it!
  12. Santiago.... not a big chance since people already got it bootlegged and Sarajevo is a bit of a milestone imo. Although Bono was fucked up there. The gig is still awesome.
