1. you should remove all those inactive members from the list (including me)

  2. but you're active!

    Dan - Jeremy - Drew - Casper - Daley - aussiemofo - Harry - Steve - Nick-Nicole-Katherine

Ok I've taken off those who haven't contributed for the past several BRT's plus Gerard on his wishes.

Those who want to be put back on, let us know and you will be.

Casper, you're up. Given that it's taken nearly a week to find out who's next we'll take the following week to download Casper's selection and then post a review the following week.

    Does that sound cool?

  3. yeh sounds good, i need something besides boots to listen to.

Is cool with me. I PM'd Sergio though, but he didn't respond until now. In the meantime, I'll look for a proper bootleg. I'll post it in the weekend.
  5. Sergio answered me, he's willing to pick a show although he wasn't active in recent times. Way to go, Sergio..go ahead, take the lead.
  6. I'm in. I've answered to Casper's PM already, and I will choose a bootleg for the next round. I will review it as normal, but I don't think I will be very active at least until February 15th, when I finish my exams...

I will post my election tonight or maybe tomorrow

    OK

So, I see. Last shows have been respetively 4th leg Vertigo, 3rd leg Vertigo, a 3rd leg Elevation, a 4th leg Zoo TV and a 2nd leg Joshua. I remember also reviewing a PoPMart show at the beggining of this nwe BRT. Then, it seems we've covered the whole 87-06 area. Time for a change (why change? because Yes, we can )...

This next week we'll be reviewing...

    1985-02-05 Bologna!!!

I love this bootleg, it sounds very very good considering it's a 25 years old tape, and I really think we all will have fun reviewing it

I'm in! This one looks good! I've been getting into TUF (album) lately!! Can't wait to hear it!!

    and my review is in....

    [Performace]

I liked this show...the band were legendary, just as any night on the 5th leg was. COBL and Vertigo start this one off rockin'. I must say...it was annoying how Elevation dragged on so unnecessarily. I Will Follow made up for that, always a great stadium rocker. New Year's Day...I know people love this song, but it's very much overplayed. U2 did a good job playin it that night. Beautiful Day was nice with the Sgt Peppers and Here Comes the Sun snippets at the end. Stuck in a Moment was a neat little surprise, as was Angel of Harlem, both played very well. The band blasted through SYCMIOYO, LAPOE, SBS, and BTBS. SBS was nice with the kid and the 'are you afraid of me' bit. Miss Sarajevo and Pride were good, but the lead into Streets just never happened on this tour. Streets was ok, as was One. Then the show took off for me with the encore. Zoo Station rocked, and the Fly kicked arse. WOWY seemed ok, and The Saints Are Coming was just the same. Desire was a fun little number with Not Fade Away at the end. The show closed with Kite, and what a closing it was!

    [Audience]

Kinda quiet audience at some points, other than that, they were great! I'm thankful for audiences that are kinda like this because sometimes you can get one where everyone around the tape is just rude.

    [Sound]

Really clear, which was awesome. While it seemed a bit distant, I thought it was a great recording!

    [Overall]

I thought it was a good show...it had its moments with SBS , Zoo, Fly, and Kite. The sound was pretty good, and the audience was very respectful. Not one for the iPod, but it has a spot on my external disc.

Kite was the real highlight of the night...Elevation's little waiting period kinda took away the magic of the song.
