1. Which would be your preferred album?

In my opinon, zooropa would still be a better album. It is unique and never get bored of it.

    What do u say?
  2. Never heard Violater, but Zooropa is my favorite U2 album too date so that's not likely gonna change (yeah, maybe in a week or 4)

You've posted on a U2 fansite. What do you reckon?

  4. LOL!

Never seen such an easy question here!
Zooropa by miles. Can't stand Violator. I prefer Music For The Masses.
  5. Ropa ftw
never quite "got" violator, and I dont know why.
  6. Well I might be one of the few to vote otherwise, but in my opinion Violater is a much better album.

My loyalty is to both bands, but for me I would say that I have more Awesome memories with tunes like Policy of Truth, Enjoy the Silence, Personal Jesus, and World in my Eyes.
Violater is one of my favorite albums and in thinking about Depeche's other album's I would have to say it is one of the best thay have ever released! Next to Music for the Masses.

But if you ask to compare Violater with Achtung, I'd say it would almost be an equal match. In fact Achtung Baby might be a better album, but both are very good!
    Anyway,
I Love U2, I Love Depeche, and I Love Morrissey!!
  7. Depeche Mode? The real question is:
    OK Computer vs Achtung Baby?

I am obsessed with those 4 songs especially.

I listen to Zooropa completely through as an album more often than Violator, because it flows well, and I can focus when doing work, writing papers, etc.

But I don't crave Zooropa's individual songs the way I crave Violator's songs.
